Gumball 3000, Day 3 ‘The Arrival Of Super Bee’ Photo Diary
Day 3 started where day 2 ended… no car! So two cities under our belts with no car but we’re making the best of the situation crammed in the support car. Last report, the drivers who are towing the Bee to Quebec City don’t have their passports… (they were trying to go through with their Driver’s Licenses & Birth Certificates… I guess they missed the past 9 years of international drama after September 11…)
Long story short, we decide that it’s best for John my tour manager, and Frank the photographer to drive back to the border with a car service and receive the car while we stay back and do the show in Quebec City. I was playing with Xzibit, DJ_Muggs & Jezebel. I’ll spare you how that show went… (pictures & videos will be posted later).
So after the tow truck breaks down (Yup, there was no stopping to the drama with getting the car to me!) my guys finally get the car at 8 AM thursday morning. No point for them to come to Quebec City which is 5 hours away. We are due to drive to Toronto at 8 AM anyway, so they head straight to Shannon Ville Raceway 2 hrs outside of Toronto, where we are due to rendezvous with them and the rest of the Gumball drivers.
We pick up the pictorials from the raceway.
